Members of the United Way Day of Caring committee met recently to plan this year’s event which will take occur on May 18. The kick-off will take place at Dwyer Stadium at 8 a.m. followed by a day of painting, yard work, construction, and much more for more than 15 local non profit agencies.
More than 300 individuals are expected to volunteer for this year’s Day of Caring. For information or to volunteer, please call the United Way office at 343-8141.
